This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. Outsourced Staff, the company that builds and operates Keel, is responsible for those details.

What we collect

• What you type into the enquiry form: your name, agency name, work email, how many staff you place and, if you add it, what you use today.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider needs to run the site and to stop abuse, such as your IP address and the time of your request. It is kept only briefly.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The product demo linked from this site is a separate application with its own sample data; it asks for no personal details.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, send you the price for your tier and arrange a call if you want one. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you ask about becoming a customer, on taking steps before a contract.

Who else handles it

An email delivery provider passes your enquiry to our inbox, and a hosting provider runs this website. They act on our instructions and may not use your details for anything else. Some providers may process data outside Australia. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under privacy law.

We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live or work.
